If the programs are put together and categorized as self-defense - This program led by Instructor Mario Lujan, introduces students to several popular martial arts for the purpose of defending yourself in case of a potential attack.  

You will learn striking, kicking, grappling, submission holds - and equally important, how to escape from various holds from many angles of attack.  

You’ll learn to use your body more efficiently, gain self-confidence, improve your reaction time, and build core strength and flexibility. You will also learn how to size up a situation and avoid a potential attack.

This class meets four times per week with open mat Saturdays. It includes Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Jiu-jitsu, Judo and Wrestling.

Kickboxing – This program meets twice per week and is led by instructor Mario Lujan. Each class is one hour long. Classes consist of different calisthenics for warm-ups and stretching for flexibility. You will learn proper striking and kicking techniques along with proper defensive techniques. In addition you will also learn basic Muay Thai techniques such as the clinch, elbows, knees and trips/throws.

Submission Grappling - This program meets twice per week and is led by instructor Mario Lujan. Each class is one hour long. Classes consist of different calisthenics for warm-ups and stretching for flexibility. You will learn several martial arts such as jiu-jitsu (joint locks, chokes, holds and sweeps), judo (throws, trips and sweeps) and wrestling (take downs and take down defense).
