Geared toward children between the ages of 7 and 15, this program teaches children the fundamentals of self-defense using the Korean martial art of Taekwondo.

In this program, children learn punching, kicking, blocking, board breaking and competitive sparring.  All of the basic Taekwondo forms are integral to the curriculum.

Children gain confidence and self-esteem, while increasing endurance and flexibility.

All classes are taught by two certified WTF (World Taekwondo Federation) instructors.
